Redrow Launches New Homes In North Wales This Weekend

Redrow Homes, one of the UK's largest housebuilders, is launching another new development in North Wales this weekend (10th and 11th September 2011) when it unveils a new four-bedroom show home at Northop Park. This scheme of new homes in Flintshire will comprise 36 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses from Redrow's New Heritage Collection of property types.

These new homes are built with a traditional "period" architecture inspired by houses from the Arts and Crafts era, with individual features such as architraves, bay windows and porches. Inside, each home has the flexible layout, modern conveniences and specification that new homebuyers today expect. The first phase at Northop Park will feature a range of four-bedroom styles priced from £306,995.

The 'Salisbury' house that has been selected as the show home ably demonstrates the style and quality of the homes on offer. This house has an integral double garage, spacious kitchen/dining room with utility room, cloakroom, lounge and study downstairs, while upstairs, two of the three double bedrooms have their own en suite shower rooms, with accommodation completed by a family bathroom and fourth single bedroom. The en suite bedrooms also have convenient built-in wardrobes.

The show home will be professionally decorated, showing off a range of styles and colour schemes that could be employed by homebuyers at Northop Park. It will be open to view for the first time this Saturday and Sunday.

"At Redrow we take pride in all we do - from choosing the locations in which we build to the quality finish of our homes and the customer care we deliver," says Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW). "Northop is a sought-after village and potential purchasers have been keen to find out about the homes we are building. With the opening of the show home they will be able to sample the 'joy' of owning a brand new Redrow home and picture what life could be like at Northop Park."

Northop makes a lovely village setting, complete with medieval church. Yet this unassuming village boasts a renowned brass band, successful cricket team and a championship golf course/country club and has excellent transport links to key important urban centres in the area: not only nearby Mold and Flint, but further afield, Wrexham, Chester and the North Wales coast. There's also a local post office/general store and school, making it an idyllic rural location for these new homes in Wales.
