  1. I'm amazed that anyone would allow a 'spy' device in their car, but their car probably already has an 'event data recorder, or EDR' anyway. Very handy in accident litigation to prove who was actually at fault (usually wrongful death cases). If 'Snapshot' sequels on you, and you're rejected for a discount, I'm sure your car insurer is prohibited from sharing the information with your health insurer...that you're a "high risk" policy holder?
