Start Saving for Your Venture

Before you tell your boss that you will no longer be reporting for duty, you need to have plenty of money in savings. Not only should you have some start-up capital for your business, but you should also have money to cover your living expenses. If you do not have money to live on in savings, you might have to abandon your new company before it has a chance to become successful.

Focus on Customer Service

Once your business is in operation, you should focus on keeping your customers happy. The most successful businesses were founded on the principle that the customers' needs always come first.
