Spring Home Improvement Made Easier with IKEAs' Planning Tool

Okay, we've all had the discussion where the new chair or lamp (usually the chair, because of course it is heavier), should "go over there," or "no, over there." This usually goes on for awhile until the chair or lamp winds up in its original spot. Some look forward to spring home improvement and others (usually the ones who aren't moving things around), don't. But fortunately, IKEA has made this a bit easier with their cool Planning Tools, unique software anyone with spring home improvement on their minds will appreciate.

You'll find one for the kitchen and another for organizers. This is very convenient, because you can plan every detail - without spending a dime on materials. IKEA's software has made it quite easy to figure out what you would like to do for your closet or kitchen, letting you choose from all of their great options.

Be patient with yourself, and let yourself use the tool a few times before making your final decision. IKEA has many, many options. Unless you know exactly what you want right from the start, it's easy to be a little overwhelmed by all of the choices. The best thing about all of the choices is that you'll soon realize just how much you can do with closet organizing or with your kitchen. Sometimes things you may not have realized were possible.

This tool is a terrific time saver. It is great IKEA offers this tool, because it saves you the time of standing around in the store, trying to think of what you want and wondering what it will look like. It also saves you that extra time and hassle of buying the wrong thing that doesn't work in your kitchen or closet. While you may be tempted sometimes to spend extra, realizing what all of the "bells and whistles" could do for your closet or kitchen, being able to see what you want and how it will put all together is well worth it.

Clean lines and proper measurements. This software tool just isn't a pretty face. You'll find lots of great organization here, that helps you keep in mind the size of your closet organizing or kitchen needs. You're always given measurements and the background is minimal, letting you envision your own background there.

Perfect to use to get feedback from your spouse/family. There's nothing more frustrating than coming up with a spring home improvement project, to finish it and realize that your family and/or spouse doesn't like your efforts. Getting their input is so valuable. While it may be time consuming, and admittedly, sometimes frustrating it is overall worth it. Sometimes your family can remind you of other needs that this project should include that you've forgotten.

Software like this offers us options that simply didn't exist before. Just think of all of those extra trips to the home improvement store that can be avoided by using a tool like this. By putting a tool like this into place, IKEA is helping its customers use their products, but also to get the most benefits from them. They are avoiding customer disappointments and frustrations over buying the wrong size, wrong color, wrong quantity and many other "wrong" options that can be thought out by using their planning tools.

Not every customer is going to take the time to use the Planning Tools. But the ones that do have the opportunity to avoid stress, hassle and costs. This new technology has been used by some online stores as virtual dressing rooms to try on clothing, or to have the ability to try on different hairstyles. As time goes on, this technology and software will likely have even more advances, making both online shopping and larger purchases far easier for every consumer.
