I have always been a very health conscious person and I try to eat right and keep up a very strict workout program, and it is important for me to have workout clothes that are comfortable and that breathe well to help make my workout as enjoyable as possible. Most people just assume that you can wear anything and be fine when working out, but if you take it as seriously as I do, you want to make sure to have comfortable clothing that keeps you cool and can stand up to a lot of stress and wear and tear.
But a few months ago, I moved across the country for a job and ended up in a much colder area where it was hard for me to go out in the mornings for a jog. When I went on my first run at my new home, it was so cold that I was having trouble catching my breath and I only ran for a few minutes before having to quit. I thought about this problem for a while, considering possibly joining a gym and using a treadmill, but I have always found it hard to run in one place and knew that I needed some warmer workout clothes.
I noticed that the people who went running in this area were usually wearing running tights and long sleeve compression shirts, so I figured I should get some. Obviously I wanted some clothes that would look attractive, since I like to feel confident in the way I look when I'm working out. Now the thing I was concerned about was figuring out where I could find some that would be high quality and that would be able to endure some intense workouts.
I decided that I would go online since it seems like I have better luck finding what I am looking for online rather than in stores. I was right after a few minutes of searching turned up a website that sold some truly fantastic sports apparel that I knew would look amazing on me as well as keep me warm when cold morning temperatures might otherwise hinder my running.
I ordered my new workout clothes and was so eager for them to arrive, and when they did I tried them on right away and loved them. The next morning, I went on my run, and was happy to see my breath fogging as I stepped out my door, a sure sign of a cold morning. I got straight back into my old routine and ran to my heart's content, not feeling even the smallest bite of the cold!
