Trade Show Display Types

Select a reputable trade show booth manufacturer and you can choose any type of booth that suits your budget. Irrespective of the price you decide to pay you will get a top quality, long lasting, display that will help to promote your company and its products and services at any trade show you attend. Pop-up displays are probably the most versatile type of display booth if you travel to and attend many trade shows during the year. A pop-up display doesn't mean it's not strong and durable; good quality pop-up display frame are made from aluminum which provides strength, but is particularly light to carry around.

Additionally, the versatility of a pop-up display means you can set it up to the size you require. You can make it into a smaller table top display or a tower display, often up to 20 ft by 20 ft. Some pop-up display can separate into a variety of different sizes so you can have several displays all from the same unit. All pop-up displays are easy to set up and do not require technical skills; full instructions are included. You also have the added benefit of choosing from accessory packs which enable you to have shelves, monitor brackets, graphics and lighting as well. More expensive pop-up displays can include integral digital displays that can be pre-programmed. If you are looking for something larger with greater impact then a truss display booth may be just what you need. Truss displays are more complex and not so easily transportable, but can be visually stunning.

There is generally a central structure which can be round, triangular, square or have even more sides. An overhead truss extends from the top of each side of the central display section. This links to smaller display modules that surround the central area. Each external display module is wired to the central section so you can have different graphics and lighting fitted to each module. It enables you to maximize exposure for your products or services. Each module can have a different theme and if you choose to use digital displays, you can have an almost endless supply of visual material available to interest your visitors. Once drawn in from the external modules, the central section can be themed to provide more detailed information and with shelving and lighting included you have somewhere to talk to your visitor and make notes.

Remember, your trade show booth needs to focus on three main areas. The external area of the booth needs to have your company name and logo clearly displayed from every angle that visitors can approach. Once a visitor enters the main booth area there needs to be short statements displayed that convey your message simply and concisely. You then need to have graphics that further develop your message with more detailed information; digital display are best as they enable you to provide more detailed and changing information to your visitors. Your trade show booth is the first thing your visitors see so it must catch their eye and draw them in. Once inside then you and your team can take over.
