Should Your Company Hire Moms?

When you are starting to have a problem with your telemarketing campaign, it might be because you need more people to handle the task. And that is no simple feat. We all know that this lead generation medium can be a very stressful environment.

Even if you have a very comprehensive telemarketing list to guide your team, the fact remains that they still have to make a call. And in case you are looking for more people to help you generate B2B leads, you might want to consider hiring moms for the job. Yes, moms.

You might find them handy in getting your firm more business leads. And here are the reasons why:

Moms are after results - so what if they have to go home early, if that means they bring work at home so that they can still finish it. Really, moms may provide a challenge for business owners because of their responsibilities at home, but there is no denying that they can still deliver.

Besides, how sure are you that your full-time workers are really using their time well?

Moms are multi-tasking masters - when was the last time you had people doing multiple jobs at the same time? Why not give a chance with mothers?

Given the needs of their homes, as well as the requirements of work, they have to juggle a lot of things. And frankly speaking, they seem to be very good at it. They can be assets in getting you more business leads.

Moms can outshine a full-time hire - because of the challenges that have been mentioned above, mothers feel more pressure to deliver. Yes, they might work half the time (if you made that kind of arrangement), but you can be sure that this will only spur them to deliver faster.

Full-time workers are great, true, but you cannot be sure if they can deliver as fast as moms.

Moms are there when you need them - no matter where they are, no matter what they are doing, they will always make the time and effort to keep in touch with you. Yes, they can do that.

They might do that using unconventional means, like on the phone or through e-mails, but you can be sure that when you require their attention, they are there for you.

Moms can improve your culture - believe it or not, moms can have a really strong effect in your culture. If you are having problems with a predominantly young workforce that may need some serious managing, throw a mom into the mix.

More likely than not, the kids will be standing in line in no time. Usually, putting a mom in a supervisory role can help guide your team better, so that they can deliver sales leads much more effectively for your company.

So yes, invest in moms. You can never have too much of a good thing with them. Just make sure that the ones you hire are the ones who can really serve as an asset for you.
