Another trick is to practice answering questions ahead of time. Write down five or ten questions that you are afraid of getting, and simply practice answering them. This will not only help you answer them should they come up, but they'll give you a lot more confidence as well. Having strong confidence is one thing that will take you very far in any interview.
One more powerful idea is to research the company before you go on the interview. Find out everything you an about it, and think of three or four questions. Ask some questions specific to the company's products, and ask some questions specific for their plans for growth in the future. Most people ask questions like, "how much is the pay," and "how many holidays do I get."
