New Phase Of Townhouses Launched By Berkeley Homes In Acton

Berkeley Homes is launching the latest phase of new homes at its West London development Napier at West 3. The new phase will see a collection of just 24 three- and four-bedroom townhouses available to purchase at the scheme in Acton.

Each townhouse is arranged across four levels, including a basement garage for up to two cars. The ground floor includes an entrance hall and cloakroom and large open-plan kitchen, dining room and family room opening out on to a private garden. Upstairs, the first and second floors offer a living room, master bedroom with en suite facilities, guest bedrooms and a family bathroom. The townhouses also each have a private roof terrace, perfect for entertaining and dining al fresco.

The interiors are finished to a high specification. Kitchens feature bespoke storage units and worktops and integrated appliances including a Siemens stainless steel multifunction oven and touch-control ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer, while bathrooms have elegant white bathroom suites and stylish Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch fittings. These new homes in London start at £975,000.

Located in Acton Vale, Napier at West 3 is a luxury gated development of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses and three- and four-bedroom townhouses, just minutes from central London. Buyers at Napier at West 3 also benefit from a 24-hour concierge service and an exclusive business/function suite, complete with boardroom, as well as Bicycle User Group and onsite Zipcar vehicle share club.

Paul Vallone, managing director at Berkeley (Urban Renaissance) says: "New townhouses in the heart of London are incredibly rare, but even rarer are ones as spacious and well appointed as our limited collection of luxury townhouses at Napier at West 3. The location has exceptional transport links with seven Tube stations nearby, and Westfield London is a short drive away. Given the superior specification and demand for homes of this quality and scale, we anticipate considerable interest."

Shoppers are well catered for, with Westfield London, Bond Street, and Knightsbridge all within easy reach. Meanwhile, neighbouring Notting Hill offers chic cafés and bars as well as small boutiques and independent retailers. Elsewhere, Bayswater offers numerous restaurants and leisure facilities including a cinema, bowling alley and ice rink.

There are seven underground stations within walking distance of the new development, with Bond Street just 17 minutes from East Acton, while Acton is also set to benefit from the arrival of Crossrail in 2017, which will reduce journey times into central London and Heathrow even further.
