  1. I think that a business coach must be able to help a business owner to make the tough decisions and find a clear path for the future of a business when they may have lost their way a little. Refining all the processes and staffing issues is also another very important part of coaching. Making the staff sit in the big owners chair for 5 minutes is a great way to get the feedback of the staff, what would you change? how would you improve? what problems do you see?

    This will also help them all see how and where to move forward from this point together to build a sucessful business.
